BL Shipway offers pump, cylinder, valve, motor testing, hose testing and contamination monitoring to the following specifications:
Pump Testing
- RPM: 650 to 2600 (Dual Rotation)
- Electronic Tacho and Flowmeter (to 450 lpm)
- Pressure control up to 5000 PSI (345 Bar)
- Temperature controlled SAE CETOP (DIN) & Metric mountings
- SAE:- Sizes A, B, C, DDIN - Sizes 1, 2, 3, & 3.5Various keyed, splined and tapered shaft adaptors available.
Cylinder, Valve and Motor Testing
- Available Power: 15 KW (20 HP)
- Open centre circuit: 34 LPM (9 USGPM) @ 210 Bar (3000 PSI)
- Closed centre circuit: 53 LPM (14 USGPM) @ 210 Bar (3000 PSI)
- Accumulator circuits plus higher static pressures available.
Test Voltages
- 0 to 240 volt AC 12 and 24 volt DC
Ryco High Pressure Hose Testing Unit
- The working pressure of the test rig is from 0 to 200 MPA (o to 29,400 psi)
- Hoses tested are subject to a timed static pressure test as requested.
- Types of hydraulic hoses we test include rubber bore steel braided hose in single, double and multi spiral construction.
- Thermoplastic and Teflon bore hose's can also be tested
- Sizes tested are from 3/16" up to 2.5" bore.
